Es la \u00fanica organizaci\u00f3n con responsabilidad jur\u00eddica para representar a los soldados de Tzahal que resultaron heridos durante su servicio en defensa del Estado de Israel.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desde entonces, miles de miembros, heridos durante su servicio activo o en la reserva, se sumaron a las filas de la organizaci\u00f3n, que en la actualidad cuenta con 51.000 miembros. En la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada, debido a intensa confrontaci\u00f3n e intensas actividades de combate antiterrorista que tienen lugar a diario para salvaguardar a Israel, los civiles se encontraron tambi\u00e9n en la l\u00ednea de fuego y fueron lesionados a la par de los soldados.
