Fue construida sobre un terreno de 3 hect\u00e1reas asignados a la Organizaci\u00f3n de los Soldados Heridos de Tzahal por Yehoshua Rabinovitz, por entonces el alcalde de Tel Aviv. El principal aporte para el Centro fue proporcionado por el Aktionskomitee \u00abPro-Israel\u00bb de Suiza.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El complejo de 10.000 metros cuadrados incluye un gimnasio multiusos, aulas, salas de tratamiento, alojamientos para reposo, salones de cultura, cafeter\u00eda, piscina interior climatizada, masajes y unidad de hidroterapia, galer\u00eda de tiro al blanco, y un auditorio con capacidad para 350 personas. El terreno incluye campos de juego al aire libre y una piscina ol\u00edmpica. Cerca de 5.600 soldados heridos de Tzahal que viven en la regi\u00f3n central del pa\u00eds, son miembros activos en Tel Aviv.
