Jedes Beit Halochem verfügt über mindestens eine Tanztruppe. Diese werden von professionellen Choreografen angeleitet.
Die Tanztruppen setzen sich zusammen aus Männern und Frauen in Rollstühlen, die mit stehenden Partnern zusammengebracht werden, die ihre Zeit zur Verfügung stellen, um mit den Rollstuhl-Tänzern zu tanzen. Dies ist eine echte Manifestation des Traums zu tanzen, und ein Sieg des Geistes und der Seele über den Körper.
Das Programm der Truppe umfasst ein reichhaltiges Repertoire aus Gesang, Tanz und Bühnenaufführungen, einschließlich israelischer und internationaler Volkstänze, lateinamerikanischer und Standardtänze sowie die entsprechenden farbenfrohen Kostüme. Es gibt auch mehrere professionelle Tanzpaare im Standard- und lateinamerikanischen Tanz, die weltweit an internationalen Wettbewerben teilnehmen und dabei Medaillen und sehr viel Stolz für das Beit Halochem und Israel mitbringen. Jedes Beit Halochem verfügt auch über eine Gesangstruppe.
Sie treten regelmäßig an nationalen Gedenktag-Zeremonien auf und repräsentieren die ZDVO bei nationalen Chor-Festivals. Sie reisen auch nach Europa und repräsentieren Israel und die ZDVO bei internationalen Chor-Festivals.

Beit Halochem Canada, Aid to Disabled Veterans of Israel is a registered Canadian charity that supports the rehabilitation of Israeli disabled veterans and severely injured victims of terror, funds are raised to purchase equipment and run programs at the Beit Halochem Centres throughout Israel. Friends of Israel Disabled Veterans (FIDV) – Beit Halochem is committed to caring for Israeli servicemen and women disabled in the line of duty, and victims of terror attacks. Beit Halochem centers provide therapeutic treatments, sports and recreational facilities, cultural and educational programs, scholarship support, and family-oriented activities to help them resume lives of purpose and dignity. In the United States, FIDV – Beit Halochem [501 (c)(3)] is the only authorized organization whose purpose is to support the rehabilitation of disabled Israeli veterans and victims of terror through the Beit Halochem centers in Israel.
