Impressive Achievements for our Athletes
Israel wheelchair tennis player Itai Erenlib, member of Tel Aviv’s Beit Halochem, together with his Swedish partner, won the 1st Place in a South Korea competition. Paralympic Silver Medalist Kobi Leon, member of Tel Aviv Beit Halochem’s riding club, won the Bronze Medal at one of the World Cup Tournament circuit competitions held in Switzerland.

Wheelchair Tennis: 1st Place for Itai Erenlib.
Israel wheelchair tennis player Itai Erenlib, member of Tel Aviv’s Beit Halochem, together with his Swedish partner, won the 1st Place in a South Korea competition.
In the final game in the Quad category, the couple beat the Japanese couple 6:2, 6:3. The same Japanese couple had beat Erenlib and his Israeli partner Shraga Weinberg at the Semi Finals of the Nations Cup held in Turkey last month.
Following the South Korea victory, Itai has now gone up to the 16th place in the world in the singles category and 9th in the couples.
Hand Bike: Bronze Medal for Kobi Leon in World Cup Tournament Series.
Paralympic Silver Medalist Kobi Leon, member of Tel Aviv Beit Halochem’s riding club, won the Bronze Medal at one of the World Cup Tournament circuit competitions held in Switzerland. Leon’s time for the 29.5 km. route was 1:20.02. Two weeks ago he won the Silver Medal in Italy.
